Ervay Theater makes hosting a corporate event a seamless experience from planning to event day. For catered events, two catering stations can be located at key locations to ensure ease of access for guests without inhibiting the natural flow. A 10’ x 12’ rollup door allows vendors easy access to load in equipment and supplies. An ample, secure parking lot (50 spots) is available for attendees. The venue has a 200-person capacity for standing events such as receptions and cocktail parties. The capacity is 120 for seated events.
As a 1940s movie theater, the building received an extensive renovation for its evolution into a Dallas event venue. Unique features, such as the theater lobby and balcony, were retained. From the lobby, guests enter the 2,200 sq. ft. event space. In-house specialty lighting and sound systems are used to tailor the event for each corporation. The stage, balcony and sweeping staircase in the main room provide effective placement during key points throughout the event program. They are also elegant backdrops for photographs.
A private dressing room, complete with restroom and shower, is available for event speakers to prepare prior to the event. The room is equipped with a vanity, oversized mirror and comfortable lounge seating.
